• Where we ship: across India.
• Payment options: online payment and Cash on Delivery (COD), where offered at checkout.
• Processing time: 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
• Delivery time: about 5 business days from dispatch for most locations. Remote areas may take a little longer.
• Shipping charges: any shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Tracking: you will receive tracking details by email or SMS once your order ships.
• Delays: couriers sometimes run late during festivals and sale seasons. We will help you track any delayed parcel.
• Wrong address: please double-check your address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address; re-shipping charges may apply.
